CRFSC Course Duration
The CRFSC typically takes 4 to 8 hours to complete, depending on the instructor and class size. Most instructors run it as a half-day (4-5 hours) or full-day session (7-8 hours). If you take the combined CFSC + CRFSC course, the total is typically two full days.

Online vs In-Person
The CRFSC must be completed in person. There is no fully online option. The practical component with real firearms requires a certified instructor present. Some offer hybrid formats (online classroom, in-person practical) but the hands-on portion is always face-to-face.
